护理干预在剖宫产产妇母乳喂养中应用探究【摘要】目的：探讨护理干预对剖宫产产妇泌乳的影响，指导产后母乳喂养，提高纯母乳喂养率。方法：将200例剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各100例，观察组采用护理干预，对照组采用传统的护理方式，比较二者开始泌乳时间、泌乳量，产后1个月、3个月纯母乳喂养率，以及对护理质量满意度。结果：观察组产妇的泌乳时间是(22.5±3.4)h，高于对照组的(35.3±3.6)h；观察组患者纯母乳喂养率和对护理质量满意度均高于对照组；差异均存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：护理干预可以促进剖宫产产妇早期泌乳，提高泌乳量和纯母乳喂养率，是维护和改善母乳喂养成功率的最佳保证，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】护理干预；母乳喂养；剖宫产 Study on application of nursing intervention for breast feeding after cesarean section YANG De-rong( The Ninth People’s Hospital of Chengdu, Obstetrical and Gynecological Hospital, Cheng du,China 610015) 【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention for breast feeding after cesarean section，in order to guide postpartum breastfeeding and enhance the breastfeeding rate of parturient. Methods：200 cases parturient after cesarean section were divided into the intervention group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases).The control group was applied for the traditional nursing method，the intervention group took the nursing intervention，and then compared the nursing efficacy of them，such as the lactating time、breast feeding rate of postnatal 1 month and 3 months，and satisfaction to nurses. Results：The lactating time is (22.5±3.4)h in the intervention group，it is (35.3±3.6)h in the control group；The breast feeding rate and satisfaction to nurses of intervention group were higher than the control group；There were significant differences(P＜0.05).
