无锡市2006~2010年围生儿出生情况分析[摘要] 目的：了解我市2006~2010年围生儿出生情况，包括剖宫产率、性别比、出生缺陷及围生儿死亡情况，探讨干预措施。方法：汇总、分析我市妇幼保健三级网络上报的相关统计报表和个案卡。结果：2006~2010年无锡市剖宫产率呈逐年上升趋势，城区剖宫产率多于农村；出生性别比超出正常范围，男孩明显多于女孩；出生缺陷发生率及围生儿死亡率呈逐年下降趋势。结论：应针对剖宫产率升高的各种原因采取相应措施，进一步降低剖宫产率；必须加大有关文件的执行力度，改善出生性别比超出正常范围的状况；采取各种有效措施，尤其要加强流动人口管理，进一步降低出生缺陷发生率及围生儿死亡率，提高出生人口素质。 [关键词] 围生儿；剖宫产率；性别比；出生缺陷；围生儿死亡 [中图分类号] R174 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）12（b）-157-03 Analysis of perinatal infants birth status in Wuxi city from 2006 to 2010 CAI Jingfen, YANG Youyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, Wuxi 214002, China [Abstract] Objective: To understand the birth status of perinatal infants including cesarean section rate, sex ratio, birth defects and perinatal death from 2006 to 2010 in Wuxi city, in order to explore the possible interventions. Methods: Statistical reports and case cards from the maternal and child health tertiary network were summarized and analyzed. Results: From 2006 to 2010, cesarean section rate in Wuxi city increased year by year, which was more in urban areas than in rural areas; sex ratio at birth was beyond the normal range, and the number of male was more than that of female; the incidence of birth defects and perinatal infants mortality showed a trend of decline over the past years. Conclusion: Appropriate measures should be taken to tackle the causes of cesarean section rate increasing; relevant law should be followed more rigorously to alter the current abnormal sex ratio at birth; and more effective measures, especially the management of migrant population should be taken to reduce the incidence of birth defects and perinatal infants mortality, in order to improve the quality of birth population.
