药物转运蛋白ABCC1在食管癌组织中表达及其意义【摘要】目的：探讨食管癌组织中药物转运蛋白ABCC1基因表达的意义。方法：采用逆转录-多聚酶链反应（RT-PCR）技术检测了29例食管癌患者的癌组织标本及其癌旁正常食管黏膜组织中ABCC1的表达，并分析其与临床病理学特征之间的关系。结果：29例食管癌组织中ABCC1的表达水平高于癌旁正常组织（P0.001），在中低分化食管癌和肿瘤浸润深肌层或纤维层组中，ABCC1的表达水平高于高分化和癌组织浸润浅基层以内组（P0.05）。结论：食管癌组织中ABCC1表达增高，可能与食管癌患者耐化疗药物有关。 【关键词】食管癌；药物转运蛋白 文章编号：1009-5519（2007）20-3004-03 中图分类号：R73 文献标识码：A Expression and Significance of ABCCI in esophagus cancer CHEN Zhi-hong1，2，REN Jiang-hua1，ZHANG Yong-hong3，et al. Methods：Using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technique，we examined the levels of ABCC1 gene expression in 29 EC samples and the adjacent-cancer normal esophagus mucous tissues. Results：The levels of ABCC1 gene expression were higher in EC tissues than those in adjacent-cancer normal tissues(P0.001). The levels of ABCC1 expression in moderate-poor differentiated cancer and cancer with deep-muscle and fibro-membrane infiltration were higher than those in well-differentiated cancer and those in cancer with invasion to shallow-muscle respectively(P0.001 and P0.001). Conclusion：ABCC1 gene expression is high in most EC， which might be related to the drug-resistance of the EC patients. 【Key words】Esophagus cancer；ＡＢＣＣ1 肿瘤对抗癌药物产生耐药性是化疗失败的主要原因。产生耐药的肿瘤细胞逐渐对大量结构和功能上截然不同的药物同时表现出耐受性，即为多要耐药性（multidrug resistance， MDR）。近年来对肿瘤多要耐药基因的研究使临床医生对肿瘤的耐药性有了新的认识。药物转运蛋白在MDR中起了主要的作用[1]。食管癌是消化道常见的恶性肿瘤，其发病率和死亡率在我国均处于逐年上升的趋势。手术治疗是食管癌的首选疗法，而化疗在临床治疗中也占有重要的地位，但有效率较低。本文采用逆转录-多聚酶链反应（RT-PCR）方法，检测了29例食管癌患者的癌组织及其癌旁正常组织中的药物转运蛋白ABCC1的mRNA表达情况，为进一步探讨食管癌患者耐药的机理奠定基础。 1 材料与方法 1.1 组织来源：29例均为某医院手术患者，男18例，女11例。术前未经任何形式的抗肿瘤治疗，术中取癌组织及癌旁正常组织各1块液氮保存。所有病例均诊断
