This article has started with contents of pharmaceutical and supplying corporate social responsibility, analyzed the relationship between the construction of pharmaceutical and supplying corporate social responsibility and the construction of harmonious medicine, combined with the current situation and then researched existed problems. And some proposals of the construction of pharmaceutical and supplying corporate social responsibility in harmonious medicine field have been provided at last. [Key words] Pharmaceutical and supplying corporate; Social responsibility; Harmonious medicine 我国医药行业近年来一直处于一个快速发展的时期，为社会创造了大量的财富，解决了数百万人的就业问题，也彻底扭转了过去缺医少药的局面。但是，在当前的社会转型期，伴随着诸如“欣弗”药害事件、哈药集团的环境污染事件、救命药“鱼精蛋白”因为利润小而被人为停产等一系列刺痛公众眼球的事件曝光，部分医药企业是否过于关注赚取利润而忽视企业的社会责任开始引发公众的思考。本文从和谐医药的视角出发，为加强医药企业社会责任的建设提供建议和策略参考。 1 医药企业的社会责任 目前，国际上普遍认同的企业社会责任（corporate social responsibility，CSR）理论，是指企业在创造利润、对股东利益负责的同时，还要承担对员工、对社会和环境的社会责任，包括遵守商业道德、生产安全、职业健康、保护劳动者的合法权益、节约资源等[1]。而医药行业作为与人民的身体健康、生命安全和生活质量等切身利益密切相关的行业，有着其鲜明的行业特性。 结合CSR理论和医药行业的特殊属性，笔者认为，对于医药企业而言，药品的特殊性决定了医药企业必须率先承担自身的社会责任，即企业在创造利润对股东和员工负责的同时，要建立诚信经营理念[2]，注重确保药品的安全性、研发的创新性、国家基本药物的可及性，还要认真履行环保义务、积极投身社会公益事业。 2 现阶段医药企业社会责任建设与和谐医药构建的关系 2.1 医药企业社会责任建设是和谐医药构建的必然趋势 医药企业作为医药行业的重要主体之一，应当承担构建和谐医药的责任
