通識研究集刊 第 七 期 2005年 06 月 頁17 ～36 開南管理學院通識教育中心 從文字符號反省夏、商、周之知識承傳結構 歐 崇 敬 摘 要 夏、商、周三代由夏至周代初期之間的知識承傳關係一直是隱含未顯的，在 過去的中國哲學史或中國知識史上，都未能有一明確之體系性建構。事實上，若 我們從文字符號與器物的關係上乃可得到一個知識內涵的重塑可能，這個可能當 然和「象形文字」與「指事性文字」的兩大類符號有著息息相關之牽連。本文立 意即透過哲學反省，建立此一知識哲學的可能性敘述。 關鍵字：夏商周三代、知識史、文字、卜卦、民族 * 南華大學宗教研究所專任助理教授 17 2 通識研究集刊 第七期 The Reflection of the Inherited Knowledge Construction in The Hsia, Shang, and Chou Dynasty from Symbols Ou –Chung Ching ABSTRACT The relationship of inherited knowledge from Hsia Dynasty to Early period of Chou Dynasty is always underlying in the Three dynasties. It has not been able to find a clearly systematical structure from the History of Chinese Philosophy or the History of Chinese Knowledge in the past. In fact, if we trace the relationship of symbol of words and objects, we could find a reconstructing possibility with intellectual connotation; the possibility surely has the great connection with the two greatly expressive symbols “pictorical” and “pictorical and philosophical”. This Article tries to build a possible discourse of this intellectual philosophy through the academic reflection.
