It analyzes the inscape of knowledge flow in supply chain, puts forward the concept of knowledge-net chain and gives its definition and analyzes the characteristic of the knowledge-net chain. The frame of knowledge-net chain of supply chain based on acquire of knowledge, share of knowledge, communion of knowledge and functional structure which set up on support of information and function are given. Knowledge-net chain provides the function of decision-making support to the supply chain. According to the request of the decision layer, it promotes the knowledge-net chain of supply chain continuously renew knowl
