摘要 :微波辅助萃取技术是近年来发展迅速的中药有效成分提取技术 ,与传统的中药活性成分提取技术相比,具
有简便 、快速高效 、选择性强 、能耗少和环境污染小等优点 , 因而越来越得到相关领域研究人员的关注 。该文综
述了近年来微波辅助萃取技术的原理 、特点、影响微波萃取的主要因素 、萃取装置及其在中药现代化中的研究进

A b stract:M icrowavea ssisted extraction (MA E) is a rap idly develop ed new techno logy for extracting
effective compound s from Ch ine se herb s. In comp arison w ith the traditional extraction m ethod s, MA E
ha s m any advan tage s such a s conven ience, rap idity, h igh extraction efficiency, good selectivity, low
power con sump tion and low po llu tion. Th is review summ arize s the theory, characteristic s, m ain
extraction p aram eters and equ ipm en ts ofMA E, its cu rren t re search statu s and p ro sp ects in recen t years.
