95例甲型H1N1流感病例中医治疗临床研究摘要：甲型H1N1流感是新发急性呼吸道传染病，具有年轻人群患病率及死亡率高、传染性高于季节性流感等特点，一旦发病，蔓延十分迅速。2009年6月11日世界卫生组织（WHO）宣布将甲型H1N1流感大流行警告级别提高为最高级6级、卫生部已明确甲型H1N1流感为乙类传染病，病人采取甲类传染病的预防控制措施。在积极防控甲型H1N1流感的同时，充分利用现有资料，采用观察性研究和个案分析研究方法，分析总结我国甲型H1N1流感危重病例的发病特点、临床症状、并发症、疾病发展演变规律、死亡原因、中医症候特点、中医核心病机以及中药干预效果，对于进一步完善中医学对甲型H1N1流感危重病例的认识水平，制定出更加完善的治疗方案，力求进一步降低死亡率有着积极的意义。 关键词：甲型H1N1流感病 中医治疗 临床分析 95 example armor H1N1 flu case of illness Chinese medicine treatment clinical analyzed Gan Nengjin Chen Lanbo Deng Xuping et al.
