M ethods 6 1 patients w ith hem ip le ic stroke w ere m easured by clinical interview and sel-f desi ned re ister form, HRSD and SS-QOL to jud e physiolo ical and social factors, depression and life quality of the patients and m ake correlative analys is am on them. Results The scores of SS-QOL in patients w ith depression w ere much lower than thosew ith no depression(P 010 1); the scores in HRSD had ne ative correlation to the scores in SS-QOL except for a few factors( r = - 0. 773, P 01 01); them ost correlated factors w ith depression w ere the role of society support, earn in and education; the most correlated factors w ith QOL w ere the role of society support , comp lication and the course of stroke. Conclusions The depress ion m ood m akes the QOL declined obviously in hem ip le ic patients durin rehabilitation period; The leadin way to alleviate depression m ood and mi prove QOL in hem ip le ic patients durin rehabilitat
