汶川地震灾区中小学教师职业生活满意度调查探究[摘要] 目的 探明汶川地震灾区中小学教师职业生活满意度的状况,为有关部门制定相应的措施提高地震灾区中小学教师的生活满意度与心理健康水平,做好灾后教育的重建工作。方法 使用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方式进行调查研究。结果 (1)汶川地震灾区中小学教师职业生活满意度的总体状况良好,“非常满意”的占 8.5 %,“比较满意”的占69.0%,“不太满意”的占 20.7 % ,“ 很不满意”只占1.8%,但对于其职业生活各个侧面的满意度极不平衡。(2)具体说来,汶川地震灾区中小学教师“对社会支持的满意度”最高;其次“对人际关系的满意度”和“对自身工作的满意度”也较高;“对学校领导及管理的满意度”处于中等水平;“对灾后工作环境的满意度”较低;“对工作量与收入待遇的满意度”最低。结论 汶川地震灾区中小学教师职业生活满意度的总体状况虽属良好,但需进一步通过多种途径,采取各项干预措施,提高其教师职业生活满意度和身心健康水平。 [关键词]生活满意度;中小学教师;汶川地震灾区 [中图分类号]R15 [文章标识码] A [Abstract] The research is intended to seek out the state of the occupational and life satisfaction of the teachers from both the primary and middle schools in the earthquake hit area of Wenchuan, which is expected to help the bureaus concerned make policies that could improve both life satisfaction and mental health of the teachers and contribute to the post-disaster reconstruction. The methods adopted in this research include questionnaire and interviews and finally two important conclusions have been achieved. First, as a whole, the degree of occupational and life satisfaction of those targeted teachers is good. Those teachers who are very satisfied about their work are 8.5% of the population while those ones who are satisfied are 69%. Further, those who are not satisfied and very unsatisfied are 20.7% and 1.8% respectively. However, the degree of various aspects of the occupational satisfaction of those teachers is not well balanced, which could be seen in the second finding. Specifically, satisfaction degree for the public support is highest while those for both their interpersonal relationship and work are also high. Moreover, the satisfaction degree for leadership and administration in schools is in the middle but the one for the post-disaster working environment is relatively low. Lastly, the satisfaction degree for work amount and salary is scored lowest.
