肾穿组织免疫荧光及HE染色方法改良【摘要】 目的 探讨肾脏穿刺活检组织行直接免疫荧光法及HE染色技术的改良，并用AB两组对比的方式显示改良前后的优缺点。方法 肾脏穿刺活检组织免疫荧光及HE染色技术的改良。结果 改良后的肾穿组织免疫荧光技术及HE染色技术大大缩短操作时间，HE染色上色均匀，核浆对比明显。结论 肾活检病理是根据肾脏疾病的发病特点，在一般病理学方法的基础上，吸收了免疫病理（免疫荧光、免疫酶标）、超微病理等先进手段而完成的。肾穿刺组织的病理检查包括光镜观察及电镜检查两部分，免疫荧光及HE染色是光镜观察的重要组成部分。肾活检有利于明确诊断、指导治疗、判断预后、探讨临床分型与病理分型的关系，也是提高肾脏病临床与科研水平的重要手段之一。? 【关键词】 肾穿刺活检； 免疫荧光； HE染色??
