Then study w as carried out on features o f earth- quake dam age, system selection and arrangem ent o f stee l structure buildings. The research resu lts g ive a u sefu l re-f erence to structure designer to enhance the earthquake resistance perform ance of stee l structure bu ild ing through technical m easures fo r fortif ication against earthquakes.
