上海女大学生宿舍人际关系的调查分析 摘要：女大学生由于受性别角色的影响，使其在人际交往中更具敏感性和复杂性，特别是近年来高校因宿舍不和谐而导致的恶性事件屡屡发生，这更突显了研究女大学生宿舍人际关系的必要性。本文通过对上海地区6所高校500名在校女大学生进行问卷调查和深入访谈后发现，当前上海女大学生宿舍人际关系状况基本比较和谐。但是，女大学生宿舍人际关系也存在着小团体、冷战、因生活琐事和个体差异引起的种种问题，这些不和谐现象的发生主要归因于女大学生自傲、自卑、自私、嫉妒、猜疑等个体心理因素，同时电子设备的频繁使用和不良社会环境的负面影响也会导致女大学生宿舍人际关系不和谐。基于此，本文提出了相应的对策与建议：（一）女大学生应不断完善自我，掌握人际关系的技能；（二）高校应不断完善宿舍管理，营造和谐的宿舍文化。4791 关键词： 上海；女大学生；宿舍人际关系；不良心理 The investigation and analysis of female college students#39; dormitory interpersonal relationship in Shanghai Abstract：Because of the influence of gender role, female college students are moresensitivity and complexity in interpersonal communication, especially in recent years,malignant incidents caused by disharmonious dormitory relationship occurred frequently in colleges, which highlights the necessity of research on the interpersonal relationship among female roommates in college studentsrsquo; dormitories. In this paper, I found that the female studentsrsquo; dormitory interpersonal relationships are generally harmonious by surveyed and interviewed 500 full-time undergraduate female students of six universities in Shanghai. However, female college studentsrsquo; dormitory interpersonal relationship also has many problems of the small groups, cold war, life trivia and inpidual differences, these disharmonious phenomena are mainly attributed to the female students#39; inpidual psychological factors such as pride, inferiority, selfishness, jealousy, suspicion, and at the same time, the frequent use of electronic equipments and the negative impact of adverse social environment will also lead to the disharmonious dormitory relationship in female college students.
