超声诊断在妇产科急腹症中临床应用[摘要] 目的：探讨分析超声检查在临床上用于妇产科急腹症的诊断与鉴别诊断中的必要性以及重要性。方法：选取2009年1月~2010年10月在我院妇产科接诊的妇产科急腹症的患者70例，将其超声检查资料与手术和病理诊断结果进行对比分析。结果：超声检查与手术病理等诊断相符者68例，符合率为97.14 %；误诊2例，误诊率为2.86%。结论：超声检查具有操作简便、快捷、无创伤、痛苦小、易重复等优点，能及时发现和确定病因，结合临床进行分析和鉴别，可为多数妇产科急腹症的病因诊断和鉴别诊断提供可靠的客观依据，并可作为妇产科急腹症的首选检查方法，值得在临床推广应用。 [关键词] 急腹症；妇产科；超声；诊断；鉴别诊断 [中图分类号] R656.1[文献标识码]B[文章编号]1673-7210（2011）08（a）-150-02 Clinical application of ultrasonic diagnosis in obstetrics and gynecological acute abdominal diseases LIN Limei, FAN Yizhen, ZHENG Hongping Department of Ultrasonic, Maternal and Child Care Service Center of Longgang District in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, Shenzhen 518172, China [Abstract] Objective: To explore and analyze the necessity and significance of ultrasound in the diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecological acute abdominal diseases. Methods: 70 patients of acute abdominal diseases treated in the department of obstetrics and gynecological of our hospital from January 2009 to October 2010 were selected as study subjects. Their ultrasonic examination results were summarized and analyzed, the examination results obtained with surgery and pathologic diagnosis were compared. Results: The diagnosis results of ultrasonic examination matched with that of other diagnostic methods in 68 cases, resulted in a match rate of 97.14%; 2 cases were misdiagnosed, resulted in a misdiagnosis rate of 2.86%. Conclusion: Ultrasound examination is easy, quick, noninvasive, painless and easy to repeat. It can also detect and locate source of disease at an early stage. Thus, it can provide solid objective evidence for the cause diagnosis and differential diagnosis of most obstetrics and gynecological acute abdominal diseases; it can be considered as the first choice for obstetrics and gynecological acute abdominal diseases examination, and is worthy of clinical application.
