Methods Clinical data of 320 patients treated with r巳troperitoneoscopy during Ma r. 2014 and Ma r. 2015 were retrospectively reviewed. The retroperitoneal cavity was 巳stablished in various ways , including finger dilatation in 41 ca- ses , single balloon dilatation in 80 cases and double balloon dilatation in 199 cases. The body mass ind巳x (BM l) of patients , tim巳 us巳d to establish the cavity , and related complications wer巳 compared. Results The BMI was higher in the balloon dila- 2 tation group than that in the fing巳r dilatation group [(25.8 士2. 7) VS. (1 7. 6 士2.3)kg/m ， PO.OOl]. Themeantimeusedto establish cavity was shorter in fing巳r dilatation group than that in th巳 balloon dilatation group [( 3. 6 士O. 8) VS. (7. 2 土1. 3) min , PO.OOl] , while the peritoneum injury rate was higher (P0.05). The mean time used to arrange th巳 cavity was shor- ter in double balloon dilatation group than that in single balloon dilatation group [(4.5 士1.1) VS.
