静脉注射地尔硫对心功能的影响（Effect of intravenous diltiazem on cardiac function） Effect of intravenous diltiazem on cardiac function 2010-07-02 to Xiao Ping, Hu Dayi, Hong Hexiu, Cui Liang, Liu Yan, Liu Shiying, Xu Zhimin [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of intravenous injection of diltiazem on heart function, understand its clinical safety. Methods 123 patients were divided into two groups: group I, 90 patients with supraventricular arrhythmias, 33 patients with unstable angina pectoris in the second group. Were intravenous diltiazem (0.3mg.kg-1.min-1 group) and 0.2mg.kg-1.min-1 (Group II). ECG, blood pressure monitoring and clinical manifestations were observed before, after and after administration. In group I, 30 cases, group II, 6 cases, cardiac function class II to III patients were monitored by Swan-Ganz floating catheter, hemodynamic changes before and 30 and 120 minutes before and after administration. Results the ventricular rate decreased and the maximal effect time was 15 minutes after two groups administration. The average remission time of clinical palpitation was 15 minutes in group I, and the average remission rate of angina pectoris was 20 minutes in group ii. The average ventricular rate decline: group I was 34 beats per minute (P0.05), group II was 26 beats per minute (P0.05). Hemodynamics: except for group I, the cardiac output increased by an average of 0.56L/min (P0.05), and the P values of other parameters were 0.05, and there was no statistical significance. Conclusion intravenous diltiazem 0.2 ~ 0.3mg.kg-1.5min-1, can effectively control ventricular rate in atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachyarrhythmia and unstable angina, without causing or aggravating cardiac dysfunction.
