The peaceful process of an enterprise is the process by which workers change their labor objects by means of labor. In the three basic factors of production (labor, labor and object), labor is the most important factor, the correct statistics, analysis and forecast of labor productivity index for enterprises and orderly production, full development, has important significance of rational utilization of human resources.
Its main contents include:
