About pigmented villonodular synovitis of the MRI network performance _ _ behalf of the thesis Write papers network: [Abstract] Objective To investigate pigmented villonodular synovitis (PVNS characteristic MRI findings. Methods pathologically confirmed nine cases of pigmented villonodular synovitis of the clinical and MRI data, analyze the performance characteristics of MRI Results 9 cases of pigmented villonodular synovitis were diffuse type, in which eight cases of knee, shoulder 1 case can be seen, ranging from the number of synovial villonodular proliferation, both in T1WI showed equal or lower signal, T2WI showed low signal articular cartilage and subchondral bone invasion in 2 cases, ligaments are subject to erosion in 4 cases, joint effusion in 8 cases, the meniscus involved in 3 cases, joint space narrowing in 3 patients. Conclusion synovial villi results section containing hemosiderin calm lead, etc., or T1WI low signal, T2WI low signal is characteristic MRI features of PVNS. MR examination in the diagnosis of PVNS of great value. [Keywords] pigmented villonodular synovitis magnetic resonance imaging [Abstract] Objective: To explore the MRI characteristics of pigmented villonodular synovitis (PVNS). Methods: MRI and clinic data of 9 patients with pigmented villonodular synovitis proved by pathology were reviewed retrospectively. Results: MRI showed diffusible lesions in all 9 cases.8 cases were located in knee joint and 1 in shoulder joint. Thickened villonodular were fund in all cases, all of them were iso-to hypointense on T1WI, and hypointense on T2WI. The erosion of cartilage and bone were seen in 2 cases, the destruction of the ligament in 4 cases, and the hydropsy in joint cavity in 8 cases, the detruction of the meniscus in 3cases, narrowment of joint space was found in 3 cases. Conclusion: The iso-to hypointense on T1WI and hypointense on T1WI and hypointense on T2WI, which resulted from deposition of hemosiderin within villonodules,
