成都中医药大学2008 级硕士生毕业论文 ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE :In this topic,we study in order to establish the complex model of allergic rhinitis(AR) in deficiency of kidney-YANG type,and reveal the effect of Yang He Tang .Allergic rhinitis(AR) in deficiency of kidney-YANG type in this disease from the role of mechanism .We hope to provide some theory base in the clinical medication. METHODS :In this topic,the model of deficiency of kidney-YANG type is established with Glands purine.The model of AR is established with Albumin Egg.4 groups are involved which are the normal group,the model group of allergic rhinitis,the model group of allergic rhinitis in deficiency of kidney-YANG,and the treatment group.There are 10 rats in every group.Other groups are established into models except the normal group during 27 days.After the model is established,1ml Medicine are given to the groups expect the normal group in 7 days.During the treatment phase,the rats are stimulating by 2% OVA 1 hour after the medicine administrate.From the first day,we observe the common symptoms especially nasal symptoms in 30min with OVA stimulating.After treatment,rats are killed.We choice random 10 rats in every group to take their nasal septum,then observe the pathogenic changes happened with electron microscope.Meanwhile, with immunohistochemistry ICAM-1,VCAM-1 are detected in their nasal septum. RESULTS :The treatment group can release rats symptom of AR and the deficiency of kidney-YANG,also can decrease EOSamount in the tunica mucosa and decrease the content of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1. CONCLUSION Yang He Tang is testified in complex model. Not only it can release rats body weight,decrease drinking,keep depressed,keep chilly,increase urination,keep scrunch,like crowding .Also decrease EOS amount in the tunica mucosa of nasal septum and decrease the content of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1.In a word ,Yang He
