广东省粤北中职学校德育队伍专业能力现状调查报告摘要： 广东省粤北中职学校德育队伍专业能力现状的调查结果显示：针对学生的调查问卷中，31.133%的学生认为自己的班主任能力比较差，40.177%的学生认为自己的班主任能力一般，20.136%的学生认为自己的班主任能力比较好，8.554%的学生认为自己的班主任能力好；针对班主任的调查问卷中，15.7%的班主任认为自己的专业能力差，16.9%的班主任认为自己的专业能力一般，54.6%的班主任认为自己的专业能力较好，12.8%的班主任认为自己的专业能力好。针对上述情况，应采取建立健全德育队伍管理机构、注重对班主任的选拔和培训、重视对全体教师的德育教育、为学生建立德育档案、开展多种形式的德育教育、开展德育教育研究等措施提高德育队伍的专业能力和中职学习的德育教育水平。 关键词：中职学校；德育队伍；专业能力；调查 Abstract: in the guangdong province secondary vocational school moral education team professional ability of the present situation of the investigation results showed that: in view of the students’ questionnaires, 31.133% of the students think that their teacher in charge ability is poor, 40.177% of the students think that their teacher in charge ability general, 20.136% of the students think that their teacher in charge ability quite good, 8.554% of the students think that their teacher in charge ability; According to the teacher in charge’s survey, 15.7% of the teacher in charge think their professional ability is poor, 16.9% of the class teacher think their professional ability general, 54.6% of the class teacher think their professional ability is good, 12.8% of the class teacher think their professional ability.
