徐州医学院硕士论文 Effects of nNOS on the early pancreatic Endocrine Function in Experimental Severe Acute Pancreatitis of Rats ABSTRACT Objective The aim of paper is to study the early change in pancreatic endocrine function in experimental severe acute pancreatitis of rats and investigate the effect of the neuronal nitric oxide synthase change on the endocrine function of Rats. Methods 36 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into control group (18)and SAP group (18).each group is divided into three groups in the 30m, 1h, 2h time point . The model of rats have been done.Each group of rats in the 30m, 1h, 2h time point were killed (n=6).Pathology of pancreatic injury was scored. Serum amylase, blood glucose concentration, C-peptide and glucagon content,nitric-oxide(NO) content, the nNOS of expression and activity were detected in pancreas. Results Compared with the control group in 30m, 1h, 2h the three time points,SAP groups pathology score showed statistically significant differences (P0.05).Blood glucose, serum amylase increasedsignificantly (P 0.05).serum insulin and C-peptide was reduced,the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).nNOS expression and activity decreased significantly (P 0.05).NO content decreased significantly (P 0.05). Conclusions early pancreatic endocrine function have changed in SAP. Cerum insulin and C-peptide was reduced.Blood glucose increased. The reason may be associated with lower expression of nNOS.
