Due to high heat transfer coefficient, small pressure loss, compact structure, convenient maintenance and many other advantages, and with the improvement of the structure and scale of manufacturing technology, the application of plate heat exchanger has been paid more and more attention [1]. But the bulk of the traditional plate heat exchanger (detachable heat exchanger), because of their structural limitations, the use of pressure is less than 2.5MPa, the use of temperature does not exceed 250 degrees, the maximum assembling area of 2000m3, there is a rubber gasket failure under high temperature defect and application problems in certain medium has been failed to resolve. Therefore, in order to improve the use temperature and pressure of plate heat exchanger and expand its range of application, many kinds of welded plate heat exchangers have been developed and manufactured at home and abroad.
