All cases had complete pathological data and follow-up data of 62 cases, aged 28~85 years old.; the tumors located in the nipple area (1,2) of 19 cases of duodenal papilla (3 segments) in 38 cases, papillary region (4) of 10 cases with nipple the largest area (38/67). A total of 60 cases of adenocarcinoma (60/67), 39 cases of well differentiated adenocarcinoma, accounting for (39/60), 21 cases of poor differentiation (21/60), 4 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma, 4 cases of stromal tumors were malignant, 2 cases of leiomyosarcoma, 1 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma. 2 Result There were 11 cases of jaundice in 2.1 clinical diagnosis, 12 cases of duodenal obstruction, 3 cases of abdominal mass, 4 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding, 37 cases with emaciation, anemia and indigestion and other non-specific symptoms. Only 7 cases were diagnosed before operation. Preoperative diagnosis of common bile duct lesions, carcinoma of head of pancreas and ampullary occupying 84% (56/67), unknown reason for exploratory laparotomy in 13% (9/67).
