《人文與社會》學報第一卷第七期 二○○五年十二月 頁45-73 義守大學通識教育中心 我國大學校院知識管理與五項修之研究—組織學習文化的調節效果謝琇玲義守大學摘要 本研究透過Senge的五項修練觀點，除了瞭解知識管理對大學校院塑造具五項修練的學習型組織的影響性，主要重點乃針對組織文化對於邁向五項修練的學習型組織，是否具有調節效果，作實徵的研究探析。 本研究發現，我國不同類型大學對知識管理、組織學習文化和五項修練有顯著差異；我國大學知識管理、組織學習文化和五項修練，彼此之間皆達顯著正向相關；我國大學知識管理對五項修練各變數，皆有顯著的正向影響；我國大學組織學習文化對五項修練各變數也是皆呈正向影響；最重要地，本研究透過迴歸分析後，證實我國大學知識管理影響五項修練過程中，組織學習文化和知識管理會產生交互作用，的確具有調節效果。 從文獻探討和本研究的實徵研究發現，研究者歸結在教育上的啟示與省思，並針對大學校院提出具體建議，以作為我國改進高等教育之參考。 關鍵詞：五項修練、知識管理、組織學習文化A Study of Knowledge Management and the Fifth Discipline among Universities: The Moderating Effect of Organizational Learning Culture Hsieh, Hsiow-Ling I-Shou University Taiwan Abstract Based on the viewpoint of “The Fifth Discipline” proposed by Senge, the study tried to understand the influence of knowledge management for universities featuring with the fifth discipline. It especially aimed to empirically explore if organizational culture had moderating effect on forming a learning organization. The study found there were differences in knowledge management, organizational learning culture and the fifth discipline for different kinds of universities. And it showed significant correlations among knowledge management, organizational learning culture, and the fifth discipline. Moreover, both knowledge management and organizational learning culture had positive influence on all variables of the five disciplines. Most importantly, the study testified and confirmed, through hierarchical regression analysis, that organizational learning culture interacting with knowledge management had moderating effect in the course of promoting knowledge management into universities shaping as the five disciplines. Together with literature review and the empirical findings mentioned above, the author concluded the inspirations and reflections in education. Plus, the study offered practical suggestions for universities/colleges in an effort to improve higher education. KEY WORDS: The Fifth Discipline, Knowledge Management,
