糜烂性口腔扁平苔藓给予糖皮质激素冲击疗法综合效果评析 　【摘要】 目的：评析糜烂性口腔扁平苔藓给予糖皮质激素冲击疗法的综合疗效。方法：现选取2013年3月-2015年3月本院收治的96例糜烂性口腔扁平苔藓患者为研究对象，依据随机对照研究的方式将其划分为对照组（n=48）与试验组（n=48），对照组仅予以昆明山海棠片与复合维生素B族片口服治疗，试验组则在此基础上追加糖皮质激素冲击疗法，疗程为1个月，之后评估比较两组患者临床疗效、疼痛改善以及糜烂、充血面积改善等的差异。结果：试验组患者治疗总有效率为89.6%，显著高于对照组的66.7%，比较差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；两组患者治疗前VAS评分、糜烂、充血面积比较差异均无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05），治疗后VAS评分、糜烂、充血面积均有所改善（Plt;0.05），且试验组减少较对照组均更为显著，差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：糜烂性口腔扁平苔藓给予糖皮质激素冲击疗法有助于减轻组织糜烂充血程度，减轻疼痛，综合疗效确切，值得临床重视并予以推广。 　【关键词】 糜烂性口腔扁平苔藓； 糖皮质激素； 口腔内科 　中图分类号 R781.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）17-0023-02 　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the comprehensive efficacy of erosive oral planus lichen.Method：Ninety-six cases of erosive oral planus lichen patients admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected as the objects，according to the randomized controlled study method，they were divided into the control group（n=48） and the experimental group（n=48），the control group received only Tripterygii Hypoglauci and Compound Vitamin B Tablets for oral treatment，while the experimental group received additional glucocorticoid therapy on the basis of the control group，both groups were treated for 1 month，then the differences of the clinical efficacy，pain improvement and the improvement of the erosion and congestion area between the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate was 89.6% in the experimental group，higher than 66.7% in the control group，the difference was statistic significant（Plt;0.05）.The difference between the two groups had no statistic significant on VAS scores，erosion and congestion area before treatment（Pgt;0.05），after the treatment，all indicators above were decreased in both of the two groups，while the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion：The glucocorticoid therapy helps reduce the hyperemia and relieve the pain of erosion tissue in the treatment of erosive oral planus lichen，it has exactly com
