网织红细胞相关参数测定在贫血初筛诊断中意义 　 作者：黄华,陈林兴,尹俊,曾哲 【摘要】 目的：评价网织红细胞(RET相关参数测定在贫血初筛诊断中的意义。方法：应用贝克曼库尔特LH_750自动血液分析仪对患者的RET百分比(RET%、RET绝对值(RET#、未成熟RET指数(IRF、平均RET体积(MRV、平均球形红细胞体积(MSCV和强光散射RET百分比和绝对值(HLR%和HLR#进行检测。结果：溶血性贫血RET%、RET#、IRF、MRV、MSCV、HLR%、HLR#与正常对照组比显著增高(Plt;0.01；缺铁性贫血RET%、RET#、IRF、HLR%、HLR#与正常对照组比稍高，但无统计学意义,而MRV、MSCV与正常对照组比有统计学意义(Plt;0.01；再生障碍性贫血RET%、RET#、IRF、HLR%、HLR#与正常对照组比明显降低(Plt;0.01，而MRV、MSCV与正常对照组比无统计学意义；急性白血病RET相关参数与正常对照组比无统计学意义。结论：RET相关参数测定可以更细微、全面地描述RET的成熟度，从而更好地评价骨髓造血的功能，对贫血初诊有重要的实用价值。 【关键词】 网织红细胞相关参数；LH_750型自动血液分析仪；贫血；诊断 ［Abstract］Objective： To evaluate the significance of reticulocyte(RET_related parameters determination in anemia preliminary diagnosis. Methods：RET_related parameters(reticulocyte percentage(RET%, RET count(RET#, immature RET fraction(IRF, mean RET volume(MRV, mean sphered cell volume(MSCV, high light scatter RET percentage and absolute value(HLR% and HLR#were determined using LH_750 automatic blood analyzer in patients with anemia. Results： RET%, RET#, IRF, MRV, MSCV, HLR% and HLR# in patients suffering from hemolytic anemia(HAwere obviously higher than those of normal control group(Plt;0.01, while RET%, RET#, IRF, HLR% and HLR# in patients with iron deficiency anemia(IDAwere slightly higher than those of normal control group, but there were no significant differences among them, however, the statistical significance existed between patients suffering from IDA and normal control group in MRV and MSCV(Plt;0.01. RET%, RET#, IRF, HLR% and HLR# in patients with aplastic anemia(AAwere markedly lower than those of normal control group(Plt;0.01, while there was no statistical significance in MRV and MSCV, There was no significance in RET_related parameters between patients suffe_ring from acute leukemia and normal control group. Conclusion： RET_related parameters are able to describe overall the mature of RET in detail, and to evaluate hematopoiesis of the bone marrow and to present an important value in anemia preliminary diagnosis. ［Key Words］
