药物敷贴疗法科研思路探析 　【摘要】 从养生防病的角度探讨药物敷贴疗法的科研思路。通过大量文献调研，发现药物敷贴疗法的研究不外乎临床验证与实验探索两方面。笔者认为，如果考察该疗法对养生的意义，必须从中医理论出发，再结合相关的现代研究，才能寻找研究的突破口。笔者从比较成熟的肾阳虚证的研究，认为由于药物敷贴法针对的是肾虚证等体质因素，可以应用于不同疾病的缓解期，由量变而质变，既防又治，最终达到养生保健、减缓疾痛的目的，体现了中医“治病必求于本”的精神。进一步讲，防病也必求于本，亦所谓“先安未受邪之地”。这样，从认识论上达到“见微知著”，从方法论上做到“防微杜渐”，可能正是“上工治未病”的精义所在。 【关键词】 药物敷贴;科研思路;探讨 　[Abstract] To discuss the scientific research of the plaster therapy from the aspect of health maintainence.Plenty of literatures prove that the plaster therapy mainly contains two aspects, clinical verification and experimental research.The writer thinks that only by starting with basic theories of Chinese medicine combined with modern research,can we find the breach to investigate the meanings of the plaster therapy on the health maintainence. By analyzing the syndrome of deficiency of Kidney Yang which has been researched maturely,the writer thinks that the plaster therapy focuses on the physical factor of syndrome of deficiency of Kidney,thus, it can be used to the remission stage of different kinds of diseases.From quantitative change to qualitative change,protecting and curing,the plaster therapy realizes the aims of health maintainence and alleviating aches,thus embodies the spirit of ‘To treat diseases on the basis of Yin-Yang’of Chinese medicine.Furthermore, to prevent diseases should also be on the basis of Yin-Yang, that is to say, to strengthen the places where the pathogens has not invaded, so, ‘to know its developing trend by watching the symptoms of the early stages of the diseases’from the aspect of methodology and ‘treat diseases in its early stages to prevent it from become severe’ from the aspect of epistemology can be reached,which is the quintessence of ‘the best doctors prevent but not treat diseases’. 　　[Key words] plaster therapy; scientific research; discussion 　　药物敷贴疗法，又称药物发泡灸、天灸。指用有刺激性的药物敷贴于穴位或患处使其发泡的治疗方法。大体而言，对于药物敷贴疗法的研究，不外乎临床验证与实验探索两方面。临床方面，主要集中于治疗哮喘、过敏性鼻炎的研究，文献很多，以临床观察为主，但前瞻性的研究较少，长期随访和大样本的研究也不多。实验方面，即作用机制的研究，集中于调节非特异免疫、
