莫匹罗星联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗烧伤残余创面疗 　　摘 要 目的：观察莫匹罗星联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗烧伤残余创面的临床疗效。方法：收集2016年1月”6月收治的烧伤患者40例，随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。对照组采用常规方法治疗，观察组用莫匹罗星联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗。观察两组临床治疗有效率和烧伤残余创面完全愈合时间。结果：干预后，观察组的临床治疗总有效率为90.00%（18/20），对照组为60.00%（12/20），组间差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。观察组烧伤残余创面愈合时间平均为（18.1plusmn;3.6）d，对照组为（31.2plusmn;5.6）d，组间差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：莫匹罗星联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗烧伤残余创面疗效确切，临床治疗有效率高，残余创面愈合时间短，有临床推广应用价值。　　关键词 烧伤；残余创面；药物治疗　　中图分类号：R644 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）04-0026-03　　Analysis of the treatment effect of mupirocin combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of residual burn wound　　HU Weidong　　（Xingang Central Hospital of Xinyu， Xinyu 338000， Jiangxi Province， China）　　ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the clinical treatment effect of mupirocin combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of residual burn wound. Methods： Forty patients with burns admitted in our hospital from January to June 2016 were collected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 20 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional methods and the observation group was treated with mupirocin and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor. The effective rates of clinical treatment and complete healing time of burn residual wound were observed in the two groups. Results： After intervention， the total effective rate of the observation group was 90%（18/20）， while that of the control group was （12/20） and the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）. Burn residual wound healing time of the observation group averaged （18.1plusmn;3.6） days and the control group was （31.2plusmn;5.6） days， and the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.
