XE-2100血细胞分析仪白细胞报警功能评价 　 作者：李亚红，林志远，罗建伟 【关键词】 血细胞分析仪；显微镜检查；异常细胞；报警 　　［摘 要］ 目的：评价Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪白细胞报警系统的性能。方法：检测了243例非白血病标本和32例白血病标本，同时对所有标本进行了血片复核。结果：243例非白血病标本仪器检测，白细胞可疑报警99例，阳性报警率41.0%。99例173项次阳性报警标本，镜检阳性51项次，镜检符合率29.5%，假阳性率70.5%；仪器未报警144例156项次阴性标本，其中81项次镜检阳性，假阴性率51.9%。32例白血病标本仪器检测,29例报警提示幼稚细胞，阳性检出率90.6%。结论：Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪白细胞报警系统对异型淋巴细胞及核左移的辩认不够准确，显示出较高的假阳性和假阴性，对形态多变的白血病也仍然不足以解决确切的定性。应结合仪器全血细胞分析制定严格的显微镜复检标准，才能防止血液病患者的漏诊或误诊。 　　［关键词］ 血细胞分析仪；显微镜检查；异常细胞；报警 　　Evaluation of Leukocyte Warning of the Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer 　　Abstract：Objective To asses the effect of the White Blood Cell warning by the Sysmex XE-2100 automatic blood cell analyzer．Methods 243 blood smaples suffering from nonleukemia and 30 blood smaples suffering from leukemia were determined， by both Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer and manual method with microcope respectively．Results There were 99 cases with suspected warming in 243 blood smaples suffering from nonleukemia，the positive rate of warming was 41%． 51 times were positive with microscopic examination in173 times of 99 cases by warming，coincidence ratio of the manual results was 29.5%，the false positive ratio was 70.5%．As well as，81 times were positive with microscopic examination in 156 times of 144cases by no warning，the false negative ratio was 51.9%．Nevertheless， 30 blood smaples suffering from leukemia were determined by Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer，there were 29 cases with blast cells，the positive rate by warming was 90.6%．Conclusions Alarm signals weren，t accurate information in Atypical Lymph and Immature Granulocyte with the positive and the negative rate highly，It weren，t sure abnormal morphology cells of leukemia． The criteria for blood cell microscopic examination was set up combining with the complete blood counts(CBC)，for preventing from leaking and mistaking diagnosis of hematonosis． 　　Key words：Hematology analyzer；Microscopic examination；Abnormal morphology cell；Alarm signal 日本希森美康公司生产的Sysmex XE-21
