丙泊酚在人工流产术中有效性及安全性临床观察 　 作者：王志容，王小平，肖小玲，张丽敏，李小红 【摘要】 目的：探讨丙泊酚静脉注射用于人工流产术中的镇痛效果与安全性。方法：要求行人工流产术的早孕妇女200例，随机选择自愿做无痛人工流产术的100例为A组，随机选择自愿做常规人工流产术的100例为B组。A组给予丙泊酚2.0 mg/kg～3.0 mg/kg静脉麻醉下施行人工流产为观察组。B组不给予任何镇痛药施行人工流产为对照组。观察受术者疼痛程度及子宫收缩情况；监测术前、术中、术后收缩压（SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SPO2)；观察药物的副反应及其他并发症。结果：丙泊酚用于人工流产具有诱导迅速、作用时间短、苏醒快、镇痛效果好、醒后无宿醉感等特点。观察组无痛率为100% 。术中并发症发生率低，手术过程中血压、心率、血氧饱和度与对照组比较差异无显著性。结论：丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产安全无痛，有效率100%，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】 丙泊酚；人工流产；镇痛 　　Clinical Observation of Efficiency and Security of Propofol in Induced Abortion Abstract：Objective Urpose investigation and discussion third pool phenol the intravenous is used for analgesic effect and security in abactio skill. The rates observing the group analgesia are 100%. The skill is hit by complication occurrence rate is low , blood pressure , pulses , blood oxygen saturation and parallel collation group difference are not notable in operation process. Conclusion Third pool phenol is used for safe analgesia of analgesia abactio , has efficiency 100%. Be worth extending application clinically. Key
