Check and adjust the cylinder cavity safety valve pressure: the pressure points 3 connected to the 16Mpa range of the pressure gauge, the boom lifting to the horizontal position, the engine under idle speed control, turning bucket valve, the rotating bucket forward to the maximum position, reply, lifting arm, read the meter should 12Mpa, such as the difference should be adjusted. Turn the screw, screw in, increase the pressure, screw out the pressure. As to adjust the pressure, there may be double acting safety valve is faulty, open the double acting safety valve, check valve and valve clearance hole double acting safety valve, safety valve two, the standard value is 0.01~0.02mm, the repair limit for 0.035mm; check the deformation of the spring compression, when the length of the 49.4mm compression spring road, applied stress is greater than 660N. In case of fracture or bad condition, shall be replaced.
2, fault phenomenon: moving arm lifting slow, weak or no action, and turn bucket flip normal
In the hydraulic system of the work unit, if the moving arm is lifted slowly, unable or no action, the bucket is turned over normally.
