公共管理 PUBLICMANAGEMENT “四化”演进轨迹：1950～2012年* Evolution Track of “Four Modernization ”:1950~2012 崔 凯 冯 献 内容提要 加快实现农业现代化，并充分发挥信息化对工业化、城镇化和农业现代化的支撑作用，实现工业化、 城镇化、农业现代化和信息化协调发展是新时期现代化建设的整体思路。 新中国成立以来我国工业化、信息 化、城镇化和农业现代化同步发展具有鲜明的历史特色和阶段特征，“四化” 同步的演变随政府策略变化而发 展。 “ 四化”之间的相互影响和相互促进关系表明，“四化” 的同步协调发展具有规律性、阶段性和趋势性，是我 国现代化建设的必要过程。 关键词 “ 四化” “ 四化”历史进程 “ 四化” 阶段特征 作者单位 天津市农村经济与区划研究所 天津 300192 ； 中国农业科学院农业经济与发展研究所 北京 100081 Cui Kai Feng Xian Abstract: To accelerate the realization of agricultural modernization, and make full use of information of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization in a supporting role, realizing the coordinated development of industrialization, urbanization, agricultural modernization and informatization is the whole idea of modernization construction in the new period. Since the founding of new China, synchronous development of industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization shows distinct historical characteristics and phase characteristic. The evolution of synchronization of “Four Modernizations ” develops alongside with the changes of government policy. Relationship of interaction and mutual promotion between “Four Modernizations ” shows that synchronous and coordinated development of “Four Modernizations ” which embodies regularity, periodicity and tendency, is an inevitable process of modernization drive in China.
