第4卷　第19期 综 述 2014年7月 CONSTRUCTION 项目化管理在企业的应用和衍生 ——基于H公司的案例分析 梅潜心 天合汽车零部件（苏州）有限公司　江苏无锡　214000 摘　要： 目前项目管理理论在国内外公司的应用及发展趋势趋于白热化，但许多公司在项目管理体制上仍然存在一些问题，在学习美国项目 管理学会（PMI）的项目管理知识体系（PMBOK）的基础上，提出项目化管理模式。通过对H公司项目化管理模式的分析，表明借鉴PMBOK中 通用的项目管理程序，可将项目管理的过程分为项目启动阶段，项目计划阶段，项目实施阶段，项目控制阶段和项目收尾阶段。各个阶段都有相 应的工作程序和方法。利用此方法可以促进项目管理的科学化和规范化，充分有效的利用资源，增强对项目的控制能力，使质量、时间，花费在 预期的范围内完成项目，提高客户的满意度。 关键词：项目化管理；项目管理；项目管理办公室；PMO Abstract: The trends of the development and the application for the project management theory is becoming intense in both domestic and foreign companies, but some of the companies still have some issues on project management system, on the basis of learning Project Management Knowledge （PMBOK） from Project Management Institute （PMI）, we put forward the model of project management for the company. After evaluation and analysis of the project management model on TRW Automotive Suzhou, we could classify the process of the project management into project initiated phase, project planning phase, project execution phase, project control and project closeout phase. There are corresponding procedures and methods in respective stages.
