45钢热处理工艺及组织性能研究 摘 要： 本次实验通过不同的热处理工艺研究了45钢的组织性能。本次实验的热处理工艺从两方面进行对比分析：一方面，在相同加热温度并且在不同冷却条件下对45钢调质处理组织性能的影响。另一方面，在相同加热温度并且在不同保温时间对45钢调质处理组织性能的影响。即在普通调质工艺的基础上，采用零保温淬火的新工艺。另外，为了了解其他热处理工艺对45钢性能的影响，本实验除了调质处理外，还增加了相同加热温度下的正火，以探究在正火条件下对45钢性能的提升程度。不做处理的设为对照组。 结果表明：在加热温度一定的情况下，正火在不做处理的基础上组织更加均匀，综合力学性能有较大的提升。在调质处理中，水淬调质和油淬调质对45钢的不同力学性能都有较好的提升，但是水淬调质处理对于材料的综合力学性能较优。在调质处理不同保温时间下，零保温新工艺较普通调质工艺对材料的性能影响相当，但是新工艺更经济、更节约、更有效率。 关键词：45钢，热处理，组织性能 45 steel heat treatment process and organizational Performance research Abstract： This experiment studied the microstructures and properties of 45 steel through different?heat treatment process. The experiment was analyzed from two aspects: On the one hand, in the same heating temperature and under different cooling conditions quenching and tempering of 45 steel affect the performance of organization. On the other hand, in the same heating temperature and under different heat preservation time quenching and tempering of 45 steel affect the performance of organization. Mean: on the basis of ordinary quenching and tempering treatment, experiments use zero heat preservation for quenching technology called new technique. In addition, in order to learn other heat treatment process about effect on the properties of 45 steel, this experiment, in addition to quenching and tempering, also increased normalizing in the same heating temperature so as to explore the properties of 45 steel degree of ascension under the normalized conditions. Doesn’t do heat treatment experience’s sample set as a control group. Results show that under the condition of the same heating temperature normalizing make the comprehensive performance of 45 steel have a larger ascension and make the organization of 45 steel more well-distributed. In the quenching and tempering treatment, water quenching and tempering and oil quenching and tempering make different mechanical properties of 45 steel have a better improvement, but the water quenching and tempering treatment for material
