超声振动条件下振幅对车刀的能量分布及磨损情况分析
摘要:随着科学技术以及现代化机械技术的迅猛发展,特种的加工在技术层面上得到了很大的突破,其中发展最为迅猛的当属超声振动加工技术。超声振动加工技术可以提高工件的使用寿命,确保生产和设备正常运转,在很大的程度上降低了工件所需的生产成本,使生产效率在原有的基础上大大得到了提升,让做出的工件更美观,使用价值更高。在当代超声振动技术已经踏入了很多领域,例如国防、科学研究、日常生活等。本文首先叙述了关于超声振动机理的内容,然后详细的说明了超声振动加工系统的运行过程,定义了净切削比,研究了净切削比和振幅、切削力以及切削速度的关系。本文建立了车削加工系统,利用ANSYS软件模拟了切削过程以及模态分析,同时进行了实验验证,对涂层刀具以及原有的车刀进行了车削实验的比较,从而达到实验目的。

Ultrasonic vibration amplitude under the condition of energy distribution of cutting tool and wear condition analysis
Abstract:With the rapid development of science, technology, modern machinery and technology, special processing at the technical level has been a major breakthrough, which was undoubted the most rapid development of ultrasonic vibration processing technology. Ultrasonic vibration processing technology can improve the life of the workpiece, to ensure normal operation of equipment production and, to a great extent, reduce the production cost of the required parts, so that production efficiency on the basis of the original has been greatly improved, so that made piece is more beautiful, more value. In contemporary ultrasonic vibration technology it has entered a number of areas, such as national defense, scientific research and daily life.This paper describes the details about the mechanism of ultrasonic vibration, and a detailed description of the ultrasonic vibration during operation processing system, the definition of net cutting than to study the amplitude ratio and the net cutting, cutting force and cutting speed relationship. This paper established a turning system, using ANSYS software simulation of the cutting process as well as modal analysis, and experimental verification of coated tools and existing tools were compared with the experiment of turning to achieve the purpose of the experiment.
