简易冲压模结构设计 摘 要：模具的结构设计和加工方法，是根据该产品或零件的形状、结构精度要求和生产批量来确定的。对于新产品研制、老产品改型、单件或小批量生产的产品或零件，则要相应地设计制造出结构比较简单、设计制造周期短，不使用或少使用高档、大型加工设备、成本低、寿命适合的模具。考虑到实际生产实践中模具的造价太高，对于批量不大的零件无疑成本过高，利用身边常见材料设计成本低的简易冲压模是个很好的方法。 以此为出发点，本次毕业设计主要介绍了不同材料的简易模具的特点、性能和适用范围等，设计内容有：1.简易模的含义及当今发展趋势；2.简易模具的种类与应用范围；3.制作简易模具一般使用的材料：环氧树脂、可熔合金、石膏、锌基合金、聚氨酯橡胶、天然橡胶、硅橡胶；4.典型的冷冲模：薄板冲模、钢带冲模、简易弯曲模的结构设计；5.冲模设计的一般步骤和方法。 关键词：简易模，冲模，小批量,弯曲模The structure design of simple punching die Abstract：The structure of the die design and machining method is according to the shape of the products or parts, the accuracy requirement of the structure and the production batch to determine.
