手术联合药物灌注治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌观察 万胜红，阮建中，秦 晨 （孝感市第一人民医院,湖北 孝感 432000） 【摘要】目的：观察经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术（TURBT）联合吡柔比星（THP）膀胱内灌注治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的疗效。方法：从我院2014年5月至2015年5月期间收治的非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者中选出86例作为观察对象，按随机分组法分为观察组和对照组各43例，观察组患者采用TURBT联合THP治疗，对照组患者仅采用TURBT治疗，比较2组手术相关指标、术后并发症发生率、1年复发率。结果：2组手术相关指标比较观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05），2组术后并发症发生率比较观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05），随访1年复发率比较观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：针对非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的治疗采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合吡柔比星膀胱内灌注效果确切，具有操作简单、复发率低、并发症少等优点，值得推广。 【关键词】经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术；吡柔比星；非肌层浸润性膀胱癌 【中图分类号】R737.14 【文献标识码】A DOI:10.11851/j.issn.1673-1557.2017.05.0 TURBT combined with drug perfusion in treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer WAN Shenghong, RUAN Jianzhong, QIN Chen (Xiaogan First Peoples Hospital, Xiaogan, Hubei 432000, China) 【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) combined with intravesical instillation of pirarubicin (theprubicin，THP) in the treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. Methods: From May 2014 to May 2015, 86 patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by TURBT combined with THP while the control group was only treated by TURBT. Operation-related indicators, the incidence of postoperative complications and 1-year postoperative recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group showed better operation-related indicators than the control group (P0.05); the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate of 1-year follow up in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: TURBT combined with intravesical instillation of THP is effective in the treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer, and has the advantages of simple operation, low recurrence rate and less complications.
