高效控制轧制的理论、开发与应用前景 ·1 · 高效控制轧制的理论、开发与应用前景 余 伟 李高盛 刘 涛 蔡庆伍 （北京科技大学高效轧制国家过程研究中心，北京 100083 ） 摘 要 常规控制轧制受三阶段轧制温度的限制，生产效率受影响，也无法抑制再结晶奥氏体晶粒长大。高效控制 轧制是将轧制过程的材料温度、应变与材料力学行为实时耦合的新工艺方法，细化奥氏体组织的同时，缩短控轧周 期。依据Q345 钢的高温性能特点，采用有限元法对高效控制轧制过程进行了模拟，并用实验室轧制模拟以及工业 中厚板轧机试验的方法对模拟结果进行验证。研究结果表明：高效控制轧制有利于增加坯料心部应变量，最大增加 了61.35% 。模拟和轧制结果显示，轧制新工艺还可以减小特厚板心部晶粒尺寸，晶粒度级别提高了1.5 级,进一步 提高钢板中心区域冲击功。该工艺不仅可以用于中厚板生产，还可以用于生产大中规格棒材。 关键词 轧制，有限元，组织，力学性能，生产效率 Theory, Research and Application Perspective of High Efficient Controlled Rolling Yu Wei, Li Gaosheng, Liu Tao, Cai Qingwu (National Engineering Research Center of Advanced Rolling of USTB, Beijing, 100083, China) Abstract The efficiency of normal controlled rolling process is limited by three phase rolling temperature transition, meanwhile, the recrystallized austenite grain growth cannot be inhibited. The high efficient controlled rolling is a new process which real-timely couples the temperature, strain and mechanical behavior of the deformed metal, further fines grain size and shortens the rolling cycle time. The high efficient controlled rolling of Q345B steel was numerically modeled by FEM based on the test material high temperature performance. The results were verified by laboratory rolling experiment and industrial plate rolling production. The results indicated that the high efficient controlled rolling can increase the strain in the core of rolled piece, mostly by 61.35%. The calculation and experiment proclaim that the grain size in the ultra-heavy plate core were refined by this new rolling process, grain grade improve 1.5 grade level. The toughness of he
