超高变径烟囱工程无井架液压滑模施工技术

[摘要]结合梅钢1780热轧项目烟囱工程实例，从施工设施、施工工艺到关键工序的质量控制，对超高变径烟囱工
程施工所采用的无井架液压滑模施工技术进行了详细阐述。重点介绍了施工平台组装、荷载试验、筒身及内衬施
工、航空标志施工、操作平台拆除等施工工艺。同时指出应重点控制模板收分时中心点校正、中心位移、平台扭转
失稳、混凝土水平裂缝及断裂、混凝土表面缺陷等，并给出解决措施。
