第 36 卷 第 10 期 染 整 技 术 Vol.36 No.10 20 14 年 10 月 Textile Dyeing and Finishing Journal Oct. 20 14 超仿棉羊绒多纤维交织面料的开发 刘锁银， 胡宝栓， 崔孝南 （江阴福斯特纺织有限公司 ， 江苏无锡　2 14443 ） 摘 要　超仿棉羊绒多纤维交织面料以超仿棉 Supercool/ 棉 （80/20 ）混纺纱、棉 / 羊绒 （80/20 ）混纺纱、丝光烧 毛线为原料 ，选用特殊的双面组织 ，在生产过程 中针对棉 / 羊绒和超仿棉 Supercool/ 棉混纺纱采用特殊的染色工艺 ， 对经纱进行免上浆处理 ，以确保不损伤原纱的吸湿快干性能 ，再通过特殊的后整理工艺 ，使织物彰显出正面光洁 厚实、反面柔软贴肤、舒适保暖的独特风格 。经检测 ，面料吸湿透湿性优越 ，尺寸稳定性 、抗皱性好且舒适保暖。 关键词　超仿棉 Supercool ；羊绒 ；双面织物 ；吸湿快干 ；保暖 中图分类号：TS 190.646　　文献标识码：B　　文章编号：1005-9350(20 14) 10-0024-03 Development on woven fabric of super cotton-like fiber and cashmere LIU Suo-yin, HU Bao-shuan, CUI Xiao-nan (Jiangyin Forster Textile Co., Ltd., Wuxi 2 14443, China) Abstract　The woven fabric of super cotton-like fiber and cashmere which used special double-sided weave was made with supercool/cotton (80/20), cotton/cashmere (80/20) blended yarns and mercerized wool as raw materials. Special dyeing method was used in the production process according to characterizations of cotton/cashmere and Supercool/cotton blended yarns. And spared sizing treatment was used to avoid affecting moisture absorption and dry fast properties of yarns. With the special finishing process, the fabric was featured with unique style of smooth face and soft back, as well as comfortable and warm retention property. The fabric show superior moisture adsorption, dimensional stability and good wrinkle resistance, as well as comfortable and warm retention properties.
