超声波在棉织物印染水洗中的应用

摘要：在棉织物染色前后处理时，分别采用常规水洗和超声波水洗，探讨在各道水洗中超声波应用的适宜
条件、洗后质量和节能方面的效果。试验发现，在55℃下，超声波1道水冼308能达到常规3道85℃水洗
5min的效果，且不影响色光、表观深度和织物强力。
