多层剪力墙结构抗震性能研究和加固改造思路 　　摘要：对于多层建筑，往往采用框架结构形式、砖混结构形式，但是随着经济的发展，多层建筑采用剪力墙结构形式或者大量采用混凝土墙替代填充墙的情况越来越多，对于承受竖向荷载及风产生的水平荷载，剪力墙是越多越好的。但是对于地震力，结果却未必。本文通过对已建多层剪力墙结构的大震作用分析及根据分析结果进行改造，得出多层剪力墙结构设计的注意事项，对多层建筑采用剪力墙结构形式的地震分析有一定的参考价值。 关键词：多层剪力墙结构设计大震弹塑性时程分析抗震设计 Abstract: For multi-storey buildings, often use the form of a framework structure, brick-concrete structure structure, but with the economic development, multi-story building with shear wall structure, or more and more extensive use of concrete walls instead of a wall filled withstand vertical level loads and wind loads, shear walls better.
