深入体育教学改革对策探究 　　【摘要】据2010年国家体育总局和教育部联合发布的《第六次全国学生体质与健康的调研结果》显示，学生体质健康水平仍处于逐渐下降的趋势，影响到我国人才培养质量，引起国家的高度重视。体育教学改革浪潮汹涌澎湃，然而改革具有艰巨性，改革虽然取得一定成效，但仍没有完全摆脱传统的体育教学模式，没能突出学生的主体地位，严重影响体育教学效果。如何深入？通过对体育教学改革的迫切性及现状进行全面分析，提出通过手段强制、制度保证；宣传体育相关资讯；完善体育评价体系；提高教师的体育素质等有效手段相结合。培养学生掌握一到两项体育技能，形成终身体育锻炼意识，以推动体育教学的改革。 【关键词】教学改革 实践 体育技能 锻炼意识 中图分类号：G80-05 文献标识码：A Study on the Countermeasures to Further Teaching Reform of Physical Education YANG Dao-fei （The Physical Education College of Chongqing University， Chongqing City， 400044， China） 【Abstract】Based on “The Sixth National Student Fitness and health survey results” which was issued by the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of education， in 2010， it shows that physical health level of students has being still a trend of gradual decreasing and it affects on the quality of personnel training. The tide of physical education reform is surging， but the reform is so difficult. Although the reform has achieved certain effect， it does not get rid of the traditional teaching mode of physical education wholly， do not highlight the dominant position of students； Unable to improve the students’ physical learning interest， so it impacts on the effect of physical education teaching seriously. How to deep？ It analyses roundly the urgent situation of PE teaching reform and the development of physical education， puts forward the guide to leach for students， force students to learn and publicize relevant sports content. The schools should establish the combination between the sports system and perfect teachers’ physical quality， and cultivate students to master one or two physical skills， and form the exercise consciousness of lifelong sports.
