全球城市 | 46 * “全球城市”指标体系及上海实证研究 Global City Index System and Empirical Study of Shanghai 王 颖 潘 鑫 但 波 　　 文章编号1673-8985（2014）06-0046-06 中图分类号TU981 文献标识码A 摘 要 伴随着经济全球化、信息化的深化发展，全球城市日益成为全球城市网络体系中的关键节点。全球城市指标体系的研究有助于更好地 认识全球城市、把握全球城市的塑造规律。在对全球城市指标体系系统回顾基础上，综合选取国际上具有较高认可度的单项或综合性 判别指标，以全球城市5大功能为核心评价内容，展开上海与伦敦、纽约、东京、香港、新加坡、北京等顶级城市的比较研究。研究认为， 上海在金融商务及网络联系方面发展较好，但也面临创新能力缺乏，城市吸引力不足的问题。根据评价结果，为“上海未来30年”提 出了相关政策建议。 Abstract With the development of economic globalization and informatization, global cities are increasingly becoming critical nodes in the Global City Network. Research on GCIS provides a useful way to understand the connotation of Global City and reveal laws of Global City formation. According to the literature review of GCIS research and five core functions of Global City summarized, we make a compare about the five core functions between Shanghai and some other Global Cities like London, New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and Beijing based on both single and comprehensive index with higher international recognition. Results show that Shanghai develops well in the financial, business and network level with other Global cities, but also faces some challenges, such as lack of innovation capacity and attractiveness.
