阿托伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗椎基底动脉硬化致脑供血不足临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨阿托伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗椎基底动脉硬化致脑供血不足的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2011年1月～2013年4月收治的椎基底动脉硬化致脑供血不足患者60例，根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组与观察组各30例，对照组进行常规西医治疗，观察组进行阿托伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗，治疗8周后比较两组患者的临床疗效。 结果 观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 在椎基底动脉硬化所致脑供血不足的治疗过程中，阿托伐他汀联合丹红注射液可有效改善患者的脑部血液供应，大幅降低患者头痛、头昏发作频率，临床疗效显著，值得在临床中推广。 [关键词] 椎基底动脉硬化；脑供血不足；阿托伐他汀；丹红注射液 [中图分类号] R543.1+2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（a）-0063-02 Clinical effect of the combined treatment of atorvastatin and danhong injection for cerebral insufficiency by vertebrobasilar arterial sclerosis WU Shi-zhan Department of Neurology，People′s Hospital of Wannian County in Jiangxi Province，Wannian 335500，China [Abstract] Objective To dicuss the clinical effect of the combined treatment of atorvastatin and danhong injection for cerebral insufficiency by vertebrobasilar arterial sclerosis. Methods 60 patients who had cerebral insufficiency by vertebrobasilar arterial sclerosis in our hospital from January 2011 to April 2013 were selected and divided into the control group（n=30） and observation group（n=30）.The control group was given the general western medicine treatment，the observation group was given the combined treatment of atorvastatin and danhong injection.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups after eight weeks of treatment. Results After the treatment，the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The combined treatment of atorvastatin and danhong injection can promote brain blood supply of patients with cerebral insufficiency by vertebrobasilar arterial sclerosis，and significantly reduce the incidence of headache and dizziness，its clinical effects are remarkable and should be applied.
