关于我国商贸企业税收问题的探讨会计学08级1班 白嘉裕指导老师：张如摘 要：关注国家税收政策，履行纳税义务，监督纳税机构，为国家税收献计献策是新形势下整个社会都应付出努力的应尽义务。根据掌握的税收知识以及实践过程中积累的经验，在查询相关资料，咨询相关机构后特对我国商贸企业的税收问题进行探讨研究。本论文共分为三部分，第一部分着重提出我国商贸企业的税收目前存在的问题，第二部分探讨我国税收政策近年来的变化，第三部分主要从国家针对商贸企业颁布的税收政策给商贸企业带来的影响以及商贸企业和国家税收机关乃至整个社会需要进行配合的角度展开的论述。撰写本文目的是为更好的实施国家税收政策，监督促使商贸企业依法足额履行纳税义务，保证国家税收。关键词：税收政策商贸企业销项发票国家税收Abstract：Focus on national tax policy, fulfill their obligations to pay taxes, supervision and tax institutions, for national tax contribute ideas is under the new situation the whole society should be effort should do ones duty.According to master the knowledge and practice of tax in the process of experience in related information query, consulting relevant organizations, business enterprise of our country after the taxation of further study.This paper is divided into three parts, the first part of the business enterprise in China is put forward on the tax present problems,The second part of the discussion of Chinas tax policy the change of in recent years, The third part, mainly from the country for business enterprise of the tax cuts enacted to business enterprise effects and business enterprise and the national tax authorities and the whole society needs the point of view of the coordinate on this paper.Writing this article is to better purpose the implementation of national tax policy, supervision and prompted commercial enterprises to lawfully full specified amount fulfill their obligations to pay taxes, ensure the state taxes.Key word: Tax policy Business enterprises Output vat State tax一、概述商贸企业一般是指从事商品批发或零售活动的公司、商场、超市、商店等市场经营体。商贸企业具有劳动密集型的特点，不受经营方式、经营地点、经营范围、经营期限的限制，大部分为个体私营企业，为小规模纳税人。本文拟结合我国管理商贸企业的实际情况，浅谈如何规范商贸企业的税收征管，更好地引导商贸企业良性发展。随着我国经济体制改革不断深入，融入WTO机制促使市场化程度不断提高，我国商贸企业得到快速发展，其经营规模日益扩大，在拉动经济增长、促进商品流通、扩大社会就业、增加税收等方面发挥了重要的作用。然而由于其经营范围广、经营方式灵活多变，财务管理不规范，账簿不健全，给税务部门的管理带来了很大难度，税收流失比较严重。因此，亟需探索更科学有效的税收管理方法，加强对商贸企业的税收征管工作。近年来我国税收政策、税收制度持续改革，有效加强我国商贸企业税收监控的同时，努力保证了国家税收。二、我国商贸企业税收现状2.1我国商贸企业的税收制度现状商贸企业主要涉及流转税类，所得税类。我国商贸企业税收优惠政策文件中
