第 31卷第 2期 Vo1．31No．2 井 冈山大学学报 (自然科学版) 2010年 3 月 Mar．2010 JournalofJinggangshanUniversity(NaturalScience) 113 文章编号：1674—8085 (2010)02—0113—04 我国农村合理用药现状调研的文献分析 黄玉珊 ，黄玉萍 ，廖贵平 (1．井 冈山大学，江西，吉安 343000；2．赣南医学院，江西，赣州 341000) 摘 要：目的 深入了解我国农村合理用药的研究现状，为农村合理用药领域的后续研究提供参考。方法 按照 系统评价的原则制定检索策略，收集对我国农村合理用药现状进行调查研究的相关论文，从文献发表的时间、期 刊来源、调查的区域、评价指标体系及建议措施等方面进行系统分析与研究。结果 最终纳入文献 43篇，2009 年纳入的文献量最多，评价指标主要集中于处方用药评价指标部分。结论 随着电子药库系统的逐步推广与完善， 以及新医改方案的试行，对农村合理用药现状的调研亟待进一步重视，评价指标体系亟待进一步完善。 关键词：农村；合理用药；现状；文献分析 中图分类号：R969．3 文献标识码：A DOI：10．3969／j．issn．1674—8085．2010．02．027 LITERATUREANALYSISON THECURRENT SITUATIoN oFRATIoNAL DRUG USE IN RURALAREASoFCHINA *HUANGYu—shan HUANGYu—ping，LIAO Gui—ping ， (1．SchoolofMedicine，JinggangshanUniversity,Ji’all，Jiangxi343000，China； 2．GannanMedicalCollege，Ganzhou，Jiangxi341000，China) Abstract 0bjective：Todiscovertheresearchhotspotsandproblemsincurrentsituationofrationaldrugusein ruralareasofChinaandprovidethereferenceforitsfurthersutdy．M ethods：Searchingstrategywasmade accordingtosystematicreview andtherelatedrecentliterautresonthecurrentsiutationofrationaldrugusein ruralareasofChinaweregathered．Thepublicationyeras，journals，theresearchareaandtheresearchresultswere systematicallyanalyzed．Results：Fortythreearticlesmetthecriteria，intheyear2009thenumberisthemost，hte druguse indicatorsmainly focusedon theprescribing indicators．Conclusion：With developmentandwide applicationoftheelectronmedicinestoreroom system，withhteestablishmentofnewmedicalreform，thecurrent siutationofrationaldruguseinruralareasofChinashouldbepaidmoreattention，thedruguseindicatorsshould beimprovedtoadapttotheconcerningrulesofWHO． Keywords：ruralareas；rationaluseofmedicines；currentsi
