实用临床医学 2013年第 14卷第 10期 Pracacal册 licalMedicine，2013．Vol14。No10 · 7 · 骨桥蛋白在胸腺瘤组织中的表达及临床病理意义 林春华 。黄 明 (1．赣州卫生学校护理系外科护理教研室；2．赣南医学院第三附属医院泌尿外科，江西 赣州 341000) 摘要 ：目的 检测骨桥蛋白(osteopontin，OPN)在胸腺瘤组织中的表达情况并探讨其临床病理意义。方法 应用免 疫组织化学SP法检测 OPN在 60例胸腺瘤和 l8例正常胸腺组织中的表达情况，结合病例资料及胸腺瘤Masaoka分 期、胸腺瘤WH0分型，比较 OPN在胸腺瘤与正常胸腺组织、不同胸腺瘤 Masaoka分期、不同胸腺瘤WHO分型的表 达差异。结果 OPN在胸腺瘤组织中阳性颗粒的平均灰度和阳性单位值显著高于正常胸腺组织 (P0．05)；OPN在胸 腺瘤不同Masaoka分期间阳性颗粒的平均灰度和阳性单位值差异均有统计学意义 (均P0．01)；OPN在胸腺瘤不 同WHO分型问阳性颗粒的平均灰度和阳性单位值差异均有统计学意义(均P0．01)。结论 OPN与胸腺瘤的形成及 胸腺瘤的恶性程度、侵袭性有关。OPN的表达可能作为胸腺瘤临床诊断和患者预后判断的一个重要参考指标。 关键词：骨桥蛋白；胸腺瘤；Masaoka分期；WHO分型 中图分类号 ：R736．3 文献标志码 ：A 文章编号 ：1009—8194(2013)10—0007—03 ExpressionandClinicopathologicalSignificance ofOsteopontininThymoma LIN Chun-hua1,HUANG M ing。 f1．DepartmentofNursing,SurgicalNursingDepartmentGanzhouHealthSchool；2．Departmentof Urology，theThirdAffiliatedHospitalofGannanMedicalCollege，Ganzhou341000,China) ABSTRACT：ObjectiveTodetecttheexpressionofoste叩ontin(0PN)inthymoma，andtoinvestigate itsclinicopath0logicalsignificance．M ethodsTheexpression ofOPN in 60 thymomatissuesand 18 normalthymustissueswere detected by usingimmunohistochemicalSP method．In addition，OPN expressionwascomparedbetweenthymomatissuesandnormalthymustissues，amongdifferentMasaoka stagesandamongdifferentWHOtypes．ResultsComparedwithnormalthymustissues，theaveragegray levelofpositiveparticlesandpositiveunitvaluesofOPN significantlyincreasedinthymomatissues (P0．05)．Moreover，thereweresignificantdifferencesintheaveragergaylevelofpositiveparticles andpositiveunitvahlesofOPNamongdifferentMasaokastages，aswellasamongdifferentWHO types (P0．01)．ConclusionOPNisremarkablycorrelatedwiththeoccurrence，malignancyandinvasionof thymoma．TheexpressionofOPN maybeusedasanimportantrefere
