As a kind of rising financial service，Network bank is being recognized more and more importance by commercial bank for its low cost and future potential. This Paper gives comprehensive analysis on the economical character of Network bank through microeconomic Point of view，the trend of its development and corresponding suggestion for commercial bank. From the perspective of a commercial bank micro-economic characteristics of the network of banks, followed by the development of the network status of banks, business model and the problems were in-depth study and put forward some constructive measures for improvement, hope for commercial banks in the network the practice of banks to provide some useful help.
