3S理念教育模式对百色市肠造口患者社会心理适应影响的研究
【摘要】目的探讨支持、技巧、自信(support、skill、selfconfidence)即3S理念教育模式对百色市肠造口患者社会心理适应的影响。
方法将100例百色市肠造口患者随机分为两组;对照组50例采用传统的健康教育模式干预,研究组50例采用3S理念健康教育模式进行干预;观察两组肠造口知识与技能掌握情况, 用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评价患者的自我护理能力,用中文版造口者社会心理适应量表(OAI20)评价患者的社会心理适应。
结果干预后研究组肠造口知识与技能掌握程度显著优于对照组(P0.05),干预后两组ESCA得分均较干预前显著提高(P0.05),干预后两组OAI20评分均较干预前显著提高(P0.01),研究组评分提高更明显(P0.01)。
结论3S理念健康教育模式能提高百色市肠造口患者自我管理知识与技能,增强战胜疾病的信心,提高社会心理适应水平,值得推广应用。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the influence of 3S (support,skill and selfconfidence) concept educational mode on psychosocial adaptation of patients with enterostomy in Baise.
Methods100 patients with enterostomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.50 cases in the control group were intervened by traditional health education.And 50 cases in the experimental group were intervened by 3S concept educational mode.Mastery of knowledge and skills of enterostomy between two groups were observed.Exercise of SelfCare Agency Scale(ESCA) was used to evaluate the patients’ selfnursing ability.And OAI20 was used to evaluate patients’ psychosocial adaptation.
ResultsAfter the intervention,mastery of knowledge and skills of enterostomy in the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P0.05),and ESCA scores of the two groups significantly improved after intervention(P0.05),and OAI20 score of the two groups significantly improved after intervention(P0.01),and that of the experimental group improved more significantly(P0.01).
Conclusion3S concept educational mode can improve knowledge and skills of selfnursing ability among patients with enterostomy,enhance their confidence of overcoming the disease,and increase psychosocial adaptation level.Thus,it is worthy being popularized and applied.
